Full or Part Time Service Technician
Carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing for condominium and homeowner associations.
Work entails diagnosing and repairing building elements. Work is almost entirely exterior with some exceptions. Candidates should have reliable transportation and basic tools for typical "handyman" type of jobs.
