We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Crew Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced professionals. You’ll assist with masonry repair and stove installations while helping deliver high-quality, customer-focused work.
Responsibilities:
Learn masonry skills and chimney repair techniques
Assist in repairing masonry chimneys
Help install wood-burning and gas stoves
Carry and move heavy materials and equipment
Work on roofs and climb ladders safely
Occasionally work in tight or confined spaces
Follow strict safety procedures and company standards
Put the customer first on every job site
Support crew members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and take direction
Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and performing manual labor
Comfortable working at heights and in varying conditions
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Construction or masonry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
