A successful candidate will manufacture, modify and fabricate individual components or entire assemblies to support production, quality, R&D, and engineering teams. Use of conventional mills and lathes along with CNC machining centers and other specialty tools such as surface grinders, EDM machines, 3d printers. You will work with a wide range of materials produced from multiple manufacturing processes to manufacture or fabricate finished parts. Produce finished parts with accuracy and speed by applying custom fixturing, setups and holdings along with accurate tooling selections and CAM software.
We would like to train an individual on a variety of levels. From using machining methods to repair molds and tooling, to troubleshooting mold and tooling failures and using CAD to design your own improvements. Our department is constantly evolving as new technology comes out.
