MerchyMe is a growing custom apparel company located in Blue Ash, Ohio, specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, and on-demand apparel fulfillment. We take pride in producing high-quality products for our customers while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a DTF Print Shop Operator.
Previous experience in printing or apparel decoration is a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
DTF Machine Operation: Operate and monitor DTF printing equipment, prepare print jobs, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure consistent print quality.
Heat Pressing: Apply DTF transfers to apparel using commercial heat presses while maintaining proper placement, alignment, and quality standards.
Order Picking & Fulfillment: Accurately pick garments and products for on-demand customer orders, ensuring correct styles, colors, sizes, and quantities.
Shipping & Receiving: Package and prepare completed orders for shipment, print shipping labels, receive incoming inventory, and help keep products organized.
Quality Control: Inspect garments, prints, and completed orders to ensure they meet our quality standards.
General Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while assisting with other production tasks as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to follow written instructions and established production procedures.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software and equipment.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
Previous experience in DTF printing, heat pressing, screen printing, warehouse fulfillment, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand and move around the production area throughout the workday.
Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy lifting is not a constant part of the position.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks involving garment handling, heat pressing, and order fulfillment.
Ability to safely operate production equipment and work in an active print shop environment.
