REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
Working knowledge of water chemistry, filtration, pool safety, and applicable Ohio and local health department requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues and safely use hand and power tools.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain both within 30 days of hire.
Strong recordkeeping, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and accept direction.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional after-hours responses as operational needs require.
