About Us

Glick Management LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanics to join our growing team in Cincinnati.

This position focuses on repairing salvage and customer vehicles while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable performing common mechanical repairs such as replacing ball joints, tie rods, struts, suspension components, and other vehicle parts. Skill level and experience will determine starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance
• Replace ball joints, tie rods, struts, suspension components, and other mechanical parts
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles based on repair orders
• Inspect vehicles for quality and safety
• Replace damaged body or mechanical components when necessary
• Determine necessary parts and materials for repairs
• Conduct test drives to evaluate completed repairs
• Complete repairs efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime
• Perform fabrication and welding work when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous automotive mechanical experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to safely use automotive tools and repair equipment

Preferred, but Not Required

• Welding experience
• ASE Certification
• Trade school education or apprenticeship experience
• Experience using diagnostic equipment

Monday–Friday Schedule

Employees may choose to start their workday anytime between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM.

Once you have completed 8 hours of work for the day, you are able to leave.

For example:

• Start at 6:30 AM → leave after completing 8 hours of work
• Start at 7:00 AM → leave after completing 8 hours of work
• Start at 7:30 AM → leave after completing 8 hours of work
• Start at 8:00 AM → leave after completing 8 hours of work

Employees take a 30-minute to 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

• Monday through Friday
• No weekends
• Flexible start time between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM
• Leave once your 8 working hours are completed

Pay

$25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and skill level.

This is an hourly position — not flat-rate pay.
