Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, work at heights and carry items of at least 50 + pounds unassisted
• An oral interview, drug test, and background investigation must be passed by successful candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the ability and willingness to learn to safely operate all City vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Punctual and regular attendance required.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to learn new skills.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand on feet for majority of day
ability to read a tape measure, add, subtract, feed a planer and rip saw after setting each machine up for desired thickness and / or width
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet production deadlines.
