Performs machine mechanical maintenance, including machine troubleshooting, repair, lubrication, change overs, set-up, adjustements to the machine, ink changes, paper changes and inserts window film, die and plate into machine.
Troubleshoots operating difficulties including analyzing machine operations, inspection of product, making necessary mechanical adjustments and repairs to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.
Operate machine efficiently and obtain supplies such as paper, window film, ink and adhesive.
Examine job orders, reads and interprets specifications and reviews sample and shipping instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and mechanically inclined.
• 3+ years Machine Adjuster or Set-Up Operator experience, or solid experience within building construction, automotive repair, maintenance and/or farm equipment repair including the use of hand tools.
• Strong mechanical and analytical skills including, the ability to review machine operations, inspect products, troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments and repairs to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.
