Position Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of production work instructions related to medical device reprocessing. This role follows established SOPs and task-level work instructions to ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on role in a controlled manufacturing environment where attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety standards are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned production work instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms
  • Comply with FDA requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and quality system procedures
  • Adhere strictly to environmental health and safety requirements, including PPE use and bloodborne pathogen protocols
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to Operations and Quality
  • Support quality system initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a controlled manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
  • Basic understanding of quality and documentation requirements
  • Functional English communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar)
  • Familiarity with FDA requirements and Good Documentation Practices

Working Conditions

  • Production and warehouse environment (temperature controlled)
