Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance
Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols
On-call is required but ends each day at 9:00pm

We are seeking Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technicians to join our team, where your family life is important to us. This role involves providing expert service and maintenance for a variety of HVAC systems, including refrigeration and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and equipment repair, with the ability to interpret schematics and perform complex diagnostics. A valid driver’s license is required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment. • Repair or replace mechanical parts using brazing techniques when necessary.
• Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance.
• Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• On-call is required but only runs till 9:00pm.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration and property maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles, schematics, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics effectively.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; brazing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and repair projects.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in HVAC preferred.
• On call is required but ends at 9pm every day.
• Valid driver’s license required for field service work. This position is integral to maintaining safe, efficient heating and cooling systems across our facilities while providing professional service that meets industry standards.
