This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping/snow removal, and custodial work.
The starting rate of pay is $20 - $24 / hr based on experience and certifications.
This position is based out of 4600 Mcauley Place Cincinnati, OH 45242 and will service multiple locations throughout the Cincinnati Area as well as Dayton and Northern Kentucky.
Tools are provided for this position, along with a company vehicle and gas for workday travel.

Additional Skills/Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in general building maintenance including, but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, equipment/appliance repair, drywall repair and painting
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly due to heavy equipment
Must be able to move and climb ladders (6-24 feet) and work with arms overhead while on ladder on a regular basis
Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have HS Diploma/GED.
