Conduct multiple client appointments daily (phone, virtual, in-person), assess needs, provide compliant Medicare Advantage plan comparisons, and deliver clear recommendations to drive enrollment decisions. |

Research, compare, and analyze multiple Medicare Advantage plans using various systems and tools to ensure accurate, client-focused recommendations. |
|
Manage client pipeline, conduct outreach and follow-ups, prioritize prospects, and drive enrollment conversions to meet or exceed performance and production goals |
|
Ensure all documentation, enrollments, and sales activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with Medicare, CMS, carrier, and internal guidelines. |
|
Obtain and maintain licensing, certifications, product expertise, and successfully complete required orientation and ongoing training. |
|
Performs other duties as assigned. |
