We are looking for a motivated Assistant Carpenter with fewer than five years of hands-on construction experience to support our Lead Carpenter. In this role, you will assist with a wide range of restoration and remodeling projects, contributing to high-quality, detail-driven results from start to finish. Additional Skills/Requirements: • Less than 5 years of experience in residential drywall, painting & carpentry, with a focus on remodeling and restoration.
• Ability to read and interpret scopes and construction documents accurately.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and job site safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
• The ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
