Mad Anthony’s Pizza is hiring Front of House team members for our new downtown Cincinnati location on E. 8th Street.
We are part of Starving Artist Hospitality, a growing restaurant group focused on building high-energy concepts with a strong culture, clear systems, and real opportunities for growth. We are building this team from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for Great Oaks students who want to get a real start in hospitality, build confidence working with guests, and develop skills that translate across the industry.
What You’ll Do
This is not a traditional “server” role. Our Front of House team is cross-trained and works across support, floor service, and bar over time.
You’ll take orders, run food, interact with guests, maintain the space, and help keep service running smoothly. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and move with urgency while delivering strong hospitality.

You won’t just be taking orders. You’ll be learning how a restaurant actually runs.
Compensation & Structure
Starting at $10/hour plus pooled tips, with 15% of the tip pool shared with the kitchen.
