Mad Anthony’s Pizza is hiring Back of House team members for our new downtown Cincinnati location on E. 8th Street.
We are part of Starving Artist Hospitality, a growing restaurant group focused on building high-energy concepts with a strong culture, clear systems, and real opportunities for growth. We are building this team from the ground up.
This is a strong opportunity for Great Oaks culinary students who want to get a real start in the industry, build skills quickly, and be part of a kitchen that takes both the work and the people seriously.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen executing a focused menu of pizza, sandwiches, and supporting items. You’ll learn how to manage a station, prep efficiently, and work clean while maintaining consistency during busy service.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to move with urgency, stay organized, and contribute to a team-first environment.

Compensation & Structure
Starting at $18/hour, based on experience, plus a share of a 15% tip pool.
