Tri-State Signs fabricates, installs and services all types of signs throughout the greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas and we are looking for Installation Technicians. We have a pristine reputation and significant growth in front of us. We are known for managing signs for all national chains ie. Burger King, Taco Bell, Panda Express, Marathon, Speedway, Premium Outlet Malls, etc. to name a few, and the list goes on. We also custom fabricate and install car dealership signs and signs for local cities and townships, among other types of signs. The following credentials for an ideal candidate for the Installation Technician are:

Install and service all indoor and outdoor signage

Self-starter - doesn't need to be told what to do, just does it.

Detailed oriented, can-do attitude, creative problem-solving skills

Extroverted and not afraid to tackle tasks and ask questions

Mechanically inclined - knowledge of tools

Understands electrical wiring
- Understands basic construction concepts

Can read blueprints and measurements

Comfortable in a bucket on a bucket truck and going 30-50 feet into the air

Able to lift 50-100 lbs

Must be drug free at all times and alcohol free during working hours

Someone from the construction or welding program could be ideal
Our pay is as follows:

Junior techs with no experience - $17.50
-
Adjust to $18.00 after 3 months depending on performance

Adjust up to $19.00 after one year depending on performance
