Job Title: Master Builder

As a Master Builder, you won’t just weld and assemble—you’ll bring complex designs to life, working hands-on with steel, tools, and advanced fabrication equipment. What You’ll Do
-Transform blueprints into reality—layout, cut, weld, and assemble steel components with precision
-Fabricate pipe and sheet metal using MIG and TIG welding techniques (90% MIG, 10% TIG)
-Operate a variety of equipment including welders, drill presses, grinders, saws, shears, and plasma cutters
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
-Perform quality checks to ensure every build meets high standards
-Collaborate with teammates and lend a hand when needed
-Identify and report safety or quality concerns proactively
-Support onboarding and training of new or temporary team members
What You Bring
-Three to five years of industrial welding, fabrication, and blueprint-reading experience
-Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (mild and stainless steel)
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to troubleshoot and solve fabrication challenges
-Basic math skills and clear communication abilities
Education & Experience
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Hands-on experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
Physical & Work Environment
-Active role requiring standing, lifting (up to 70 lbs.), bending, climbing, and more
-Work takes place in a traditional shop environment with varying temperatures
-Exposure to loud noise and occasional fumes—proper safety equipment is required and provided
Schedule & Expectations
-Overtime available, with typical workweeks reaching 50–60 hours
-Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential

Additional Skills/Requirements: As part of the onsite interview, there is a weld test that consists of stainless steel MIG butt weld, flat tee joint, vertical tee joint, corner to corner flat and vertical, pipe. TIG welding stainless steel with the same as MIG.
