Responsibilities & Tasks
• Processing, packing, and fulfilling orders accurately.
• Receive, unload, and stage incoming inventory appropriately.
• Consolidating, rotating, and organizing stock items to maintain efficient use of floor space and FIFO inventory methods.
• Consult Quality Manager for packing label review.
• Grinding and packing coffee, including setting up the packing machine, managing changeovers, and troubleshooting minor equipment maintenance.
• Update packing log as items are packed.
• Will work closely with maintenance tech, and operations supervisor to reach efficiency goals.
• Custodial duties: sweeping, sanitizing workstations, and maintaining a food safe environment.
Qualifications
• Forklift operation experience required (certification available on site)
• > 6 months warehouse / production experience
• Computer aptitude for data entry
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Completion of a background check and drug testing (including any form of THC)
• Drug and smoke free environment
Compensation & Benefits
· $18 / hour starting pay
· 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
· 40 hours / week
· Possible bonus based on KPI goals
· Eligible for prorated PTO and paid holidays if average > 25 hours per week
· Six national holidays paid time off, plus two additional float holidays.
· Unpaid time off with approval.
· Eligible for benefits if working 30 hours/week or more.
