This comprehensive role involves both personal care and domestic support:
Fostering Connection: Provide genuine, attentive companionship and invaluable emotional encouragement. Engage in conversation and activities that uplift the client’s spirit.
Essential Personal Assistance: Gently and respectfully aid clients with essential tasks such as showering, hair care, dressing routines, and managing hygiene.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients move safely within their residence, assisting with transfers to ensure they maintain stability and avoid falls.
Nourishment and Meal Prep: Thoughtfully plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals and simple snacks tailored to dietary needs.
Home Organization: Perform light household duties, including managing laundry, keeping common areas neat, and ensuring a clean living space.
Community Engagement: Conduct necessary errands, which may include grocery shopping or prescription pickups, and provide reliable transportation.
Health and Wellness: Gently remind clients to take their prescribed medications on schedule (note: hands-on administration is strictly prohibited).
Observation and Reporting: Diligently monitor and document any critical shifts in a client's physical condition or behavioral patterns, relaying timely updates to the management team.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of care provided utilizing our internal electronic system.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all established protocols for emergency response and maintain an unwavering commitment to all safety guidelines.

Additional Skills/Requirements: Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
-CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
-Strong verbal and written communication and adaptability
-Basic cooking and housekeeping skills
