- Support in performing preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan and optimize performance.
- Learn to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble mechanical components under supervision.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and future reference.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools, with a willingness to learn more advanced techniques.
- Prior experience in a maintenance or mechanical environment is a plus but not mandatory; we value motivation and a strong work ethic.
