• Read, interpret, and follow mechanical drawings and diagrams to determine component parts required and assembly sequence.
• Position, align, fasten, and adjust components to back planes or units by using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Wire, solder, and crimp connectors to raw wire per documentation provided.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics to efficiently complete wiring assemblies.
• Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
• Ensure all work performed meets quality specifications.
• Adhere to all Company policies.
• Follow all quality, environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Attend work per work schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills/Requirements: • Experience in a similar role, such as electrical or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, soldering irons, drills, and dremel’s is essential for this role.
• Ability to follow instructions & communicate with client, supervisor, and staff.
• Remarkable attention to Detail
• The ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
