Career Opportunity: Project Manager in East of Dayton, Ohio


Do you have strong project management skills? Are you experienced in the construction or facility maintenance industry? Do you excel at coordinating all the details to get the job done right? If you answered “yes” to these questions, then we have an opportunity for you!


As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects. Additional tasks would include the coordinating, communication, and managing of people, materials, budgets, schedules, compliance, equipment, and status reporting. 

To be successful you will be detail oriented with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines. You will have the ability to actively engage with team members and offer solutions that support project requirements.

Other requirements include:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management.
  • 5 - 10 years of project management, business, and people development experience, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
  • Project Management certification preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read & analyze construction and project management documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
