Borgman Athletics Group LLC is a Cincinnati, Ohio based company which installs, inspects and services gymnasium equipment in schools, rec centers, YMCA's, etc. The type of equipment includes Ceiling Suspended Basketball Goals, Ceiling Suspended Divider Curtains, Ceiling Suspended Batting Cages, Wall Padding, Telescopic Bleachers, Scoreboards, etc.
This position is local and, on the road, - employees may travel 75% of the time annually.
The work schedule is M-F. All employees are home on the weekends no matter where the job is located. A typical week is for the employees to arrive to our shop at 6 am on Monday and travel to the job site to unload the equipment and begin installation. Travel time ranges between 10 minutes away and 5 hours away. Any project that is 1 hour or more away will require the employees to stay in a hotel near the job site. All travel time is paid and counts towards overtime. All employees will travel in company vehicles, will use company credit cards for fuel and hotels as well will receive per diem for food while out of town.
Employees will receive OSHA training and other required job safety training.
Borgman Athletics Group will supply all power tools and equipment. The employee is responsible for supplying their own hand tools such as tape measure, hammers, screw drivers, wrench's, nut drivers, etc. We will provide a list of hand tools needed.
Potential candidates should be team players - crews are typically two employees. Larger installations may be four employees.
Construction experience is preferred but we are also willing to train any hardworking individuals who are eager to learn.
Our employees are paid weekly every Friday. Starting pay varies on experience but will range from $18 an hr to $20 an hr.
