Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 Years experience
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Experience with Quotesoft or another Estimating software tool
Excellent problem solving abilities
Ability to function well under pressure
Responsibilities:
Communicate with trade partners regarding new projects
Review and evaluate RFP and RFQ offers
Manage bid pricing from all vendors
Complete Bid estimates on a timely basis
Prepare Cost Analysis
Maintain data base of bid history
Establish & maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Purchase and manage material, equipment, and sub-contractors as needed
